About
Developed and built by McNab, White is a landmark residential address that helped shape the rejuvenation of Main Beach. The project comprises 28 customised full-floor residences, including a two-level penthouse, with expansive 360-degree views across the coastline and hinterland.

Designed by WMK Architects, White combines a distinctive architectural form with generous 325sqm residences, creating a collection of highly considered homes within one of the Gold Coast's established coastal neighbourhoods.

For McNab, White represented more than the delivery of a single residential project. It established a vertically integrated approach spanning acquisition, development, construction and sales, creating the foundation for the growing McNab Property portfolio.

Architecture with a sense of place
White was designed by WMK Architecture to respond to its prominent position within Main Beach, with an emphasis on scale, outlook and connection to the surrounding landscape. The full-floor configuration gives each residence a strong sense of privacy and individuality, while generous 325sqm floorplates provide flexibility across living, entertaining and private spaces.

Expansive glazing and outdoor areas draw the coastline and hinterland into the residences, with 360-degree outlooks creating a defining element of the design. The building's distinctive architectural form gives White a strong presence within Main Beach while maintaining a considered relationship with its coastal setting.

From the overall building form through to the individual residences, the design reflects McNab's approach to creating enduring residential projects that respond thoughtfully to their location.

White's amenity offering was designed to complement the scale and privacy of its full-floor residences, providing residents with spaces to relax, entertain and enjoy the coastal setting.
