McNab Property Experience Centre
A place to experience what’s next
Every element has been thoughtfully curated to bring our projects to life, offering a tangible sense of the quality, craftsmanship and lifestyle behind each address.
From detailed scale models and curated material selections to immersive digital experiences and a full-scale kitchen, the space offers a closer look at the design, finishes and finer details that shape a McNab property.
Designed to evolve alongside our portfolio, the McNab Property Experience Centre is a dedicated destination for discovering our current residences and exploring what lies ahead. Whether attending a private appointment, experiencing a new project for the first time or joining us for an exclusive event, visitors are invited to engage with McNab Property in a more personal and considered way.
Breeze blocks provide privacy and help divide the space into different areas for sales, private appointments and events, while the open layout allows the Experience Centre to shift seamlessly between everyday use and larger gatherings.
Outside, a landscaped area extends the Experience Centre beyond the interior, creating a relaxed setting for entertaining, events and informal connection.
A considered setting for private appointments, project launches, purchaser events and industry gatherings, it features a generous kitchen and bar, flexible event spaces and a large immersive screen designed to bring each project to life.
Located at our Brisbane headquarters in South Brisbane, the Experience Centre reflects the McNab Property approach: thoughtful design, considered detail and an experience that begins well before you arrive home.
