Elements Construction Update - August/September 2026
Over the past few months, work has moved across Levels 2 to 5, while the building’s central core continues to rise.
On Level 3, internal walls have now started to go in, so you can really start to see the spaces within the residences taking shape. Level 3 has also reached another milestone, with the temporary construction structures now removed and a new loading area in place. This will make it easier to move materials around the site as the building continues to head upwards.
Up on Level 5, the next level of the building is now underway, with the steel reinforcement and precast concrete elements in place and the concrete pour completed. Construction will continue upwards through the residential levels over the coming months.
Down in the basement, temporary supports have now been removed from all basement levels, marking another stage of the build and allowing construction activities to continue throughout the lower levels.
The building’s central core is also continuing upwards, with the jump form now reaching Level 11. Containment screens have been installed around the form to help keep the work area safe, and you’ll start to notice the look of the building changing from the outside as the core continues to rise.
